FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How is the fitment of the product?
    All product that we sell is tested before distribution. Aftermarket products have come a long way over the last 20 years and while there still may be some minor differences and fitment issues to overcome, they are 99.9% identical to OEM product.
  • What if my product does not fit?
    If at any time a customer is unsatisfied with the fitment or quality of a product - it is our duty to find out why and how the issue originated. Pictures, detailed information, and vin#'s of trucks will be required to solve these issues. Of course, we will be able to return the product with valid evidence that the product does not fit or is defective in some way.
  • What is your return policy?
    SB Truck Parts return policy is as follows: - Products must be returned within 14 business days to avoid a 25% re-stocking fee. - Products must be in their original packaging in order to re-sell if product is not damaged. - Products that are received broken/arrived damaged will need to have pictures taken in original packaging for dispute resolution with the freight company or vendor the product was sent from. - Products such as cooling will need to be tested upon detection of leakage to validate claims of said leakage. - Special order items may not be returned for any reason. Exceptions do exist under certain circumstances and are decided on a case by case basis.
  • Where is your product manufactured?
    The quality of our product is among our highest concerns. As everything is not manufactured in the USA - it is essential that we use trusted and valid sources when importing and distributing aftermarket collision parts. We understand that customers want the best of quality when repairing or customizing their vehicles and SB Truck Parts does its best to fulfill those needs. Our product originates from: -USA -China -Taiwan -Turkey -Canada -Mexico More specifically and categorically: Cooling - Taiwan Body parts - Taiwan, China, Canada, USA Rubber - Turkey Chrome bumpers and plastic/fiberglass products - USA/Mexico/China
  • What are your business hours?
    We are open 8 AM to 5 PM every day. We are also technically operating 24 hours a day as the customer can always reach out to us. Email, cell phone, text are open lines of communication we allow to communicate with sales staff to ensure the customer is always heard and can express what they need at all hours of the day. This also ensures distribution of product fast and efficiently.
  • How long does it take to process my order?
    Orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving said sales order. If at any time a product is backordered, the customer will be immediately notified and a counter-solution will be discussed.
  • How do you ship your product?
    Depending on the product - there are various shipping methods available. Hoods will NEED to be sent Truck Freight. Small items such as headlights, turn signals, cowl panels, etc. will go FedEx Ground. Bigger items such as grilles, bumpers, bumper ends, etc will be sent Truck Freight. Common sense will be applied to how the product is sent with the critical time frame involved.
  • What is my product arrives damaged?
    If a product arrives damaged at any time - pictures of the product will be needed in the original packagin it arrived in along with a claim filed. This process usually takes a siginificant amount of time and in most cases a replacement is sent in the meantime until the claim process is finished.
  • Can I return my painted product?
    No. Once a product is sanded, primered, and painted there is absolutely nothing that can be done. Please double check what is being ordered and double, triple, quadruple check the part you are ordering. Once the item is painted it is yours until the wheels fall off of the truck.
  • What is your warranty on cooling items?
    Radiators, charge air coolers, and ac condensers all have a 1 year manufacture defect warranty as is standard in the aftermarket world. If at any time an issue arises with a leakage - pictures will be needed along with an original invoice or sales order.
